Makes 3-4 puffs
Ingredients
1 Quarter of a ready roll puff pastry
3-4 tsp tomato puree
Pinch of mixed Italian herbs
30g grated cheddar or red leister cheese
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
Spread tomato puree all over the puff pastry.
Add the cheese, and a sprinkle of mixed herbs.
Carefully roll up the pastry on the long edge.
Place your rolls onto a baking tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese browns.
